We're inside the estate now. Last week you got the blueprint — this week we walk through the front door and turn left into the first room. The Health room. It's not about abs or marathons. It's about showing up for yourself so you can show up for everyone and everything you were made for. One room. One action. Let's get to work.

- I consistently move my body in ways that support my health

- I prioritize sleep and recovery
- I manage stress in a healthy and effective way
- I am aware of and responsive to my body's signals

Pick ONE thing you will do every single day this week for your health. Not a full overhaul — just one wall.
- Walk 20 minutes a day

- Put your phone down 1 hour before bed
